General information

  • What is the RiskRemedy subscription service?

The RiskRemedy subscription service offers a wide range of business documents (including legal review), legal expenses insurance, a legal advice line, professional tax advice, full law guide and monthly legal bulletin, for a single price. For more details, see 'How it works'.

  • What is the difference between the 'Subscription' service and a 'Pay as you go' document?

The RiskRemedy subscription service offers six benefits for a single price (payable annually or monthly according to preference). See above for more details.

'Pay as you go' allows you to purchase one or more individual document services that you might require if you decide you don't need the full subscription service.

  • What is the difference between a quick registration and full registration?

If you start a 'Try for free' document, you will need to complete a quick registration. All you have to provide is your name, email address and chosen password. Should you choose to purchase a document or the RiskRemedy subscription service, you will need to complete a full registration which requires more details from you, for example, your address. View our Cookie & privacy policy which explains how we use your personal information.

  • What is the difference between a 'document' and a 'document pack'?

    • A document will give you just that - one legal document or letter and an associated lawyer review depending on the service level you purchased for the document.
    • A document pack contains a number of related documents, for example, debt recovery pack, discipline & dismissal pack or terms & conditions pack. The pack may contain a number of instances of legal review which can be used for certain documents as detailed in the pack or product description.
  • I'd like to speak to someone about the RiskRemedy service before I proceed, is this possible?

Absolutely, just view our Contact us page for details of how to get in touch with us.

  • What makes RiskRemedy different from other online legal services?

Most online legal services provide you with 'off-the-shelf' or 'flat form' legal documents that will be relatively inflexible to your particular circumstances. Our documents ask you a series of easy-to-answer questions, each with helpful explanations and, often, examples. Based on your responses, our system drafts and tailors the required clauses to create a document suitable for your circumstances.

Furthermore, each document has a set of comprehensive, yet easy-to-understand, guidance notes providing an overview of the document and things you need to consider like the jurisdiction of the document and signing and witnessing the document, together with explanations of any terms you may not understand.

All our documents and letters are created by legal experts and are constantly reviewed and updated in accordance with changes in the law, giving you peace of mind that comes with knowing that your document is of the highest quality and legally sound.

Finally, with all our documents you have the ability to try out the document free of charge.

  • Which documents are available?

To see all the available business documents, click here to view a full list along with their prices.

If you subscribe to the RiskRemedy subscription service, then all of the business documents will available to you as part of the service at no extra cost.

If you are unable to find the document you are seeking, please contact our customer services team who will be able to advise whether the document is currently available on the site. If not, it might be a document that we are shortly planning to release to the site.

  • Can I reuse my documents?

For those business documents that are included as part of the RiskRemedy subscription, you can reuse these as often as you like, provided your subscription is still active.

You will only be able to use a purchased document once. However, if you purchased a pack of documents or letters, you may be able to use certain documents more than once, and this will be made clear in the document or pack description at the time of purchase.

  • How do I contact you?

Just select the Contact us link that appears in the header and footer throughout the website.
